Her CBC and electrolyte results come back very quickly. Her WBC is 18.8 with 92% neutrophils, Hb 10.6,platelets 356, Na 146 mmol/L, K 2.8 mmol/L, urea 25.6 mmol/L, Cr 134 mmol/L and glucose 16 mmol/L. It takes longer for Calcium, albumin and amylase results to come back.

You order potassium supplements and continue to administer iv fluids. What would you do next?
